Gul e Nayab is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Psychology. She has provided therapy for a range of concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, mood disorders, and relationship concerns. She utilizes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. She has experience using these interventions amongst adolescents, and adults and has worked in private practice and educational settings.
