Dr. Dipankar Chakraborty studied medicine at the Grant Medical College in India, and graduated with distinction 1988. He has 30 years of experience as a doctor. He strives to provide high quality care to his patients.
Dr. Dip has done further training in skin cancer and holds 3 certificates from Health Cert in Skin Cancer Medicine/Surgery/Aesthetics and Diploma in Skin Cancer and General Dermatology. He is able to perform a comprehensive skin cancer check and perform biopsies, complex removal and repair of skin cancers including skin flaps. Working under Dr. Dip’s direction are a team of nurse’s, assisting him to provide excellent patient care.
In 2024 Dr Dipankar Chakraborty received recognition by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners as having Extended Skills in Dermatology.
Dr. Chakraborty is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), affirming his status as a provider of high quality, safe and competent practice services.
Completing additional education and training in skin cancer management and attained professional and advanced certificates in skin cancer medicine and complex skin cancer surgery. He provides comprehensive skin assessments which includes diagnosis, biopsy and excisions with experience in flaps and grafts. He also treats patients with various other skin ailments.
Dr. Chakraborty is the lead skin doctor at Aurora Skin Clinic in Wangaratta and offers rural skin cancer treatments throughout Victoria and teaches registrars/students on skin cancer medicine and surgery.
Dr. Chakraborty is dedicated to skin cancer management and strongly feels that no patient should ever die of skin cancer.

Ms. Gul e Nayab
Psychologist
Gul e Nayab is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Psychology. She has provided therapy for a range of concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, mood disorders, and relationship concerns. She utilizes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. She has experience using these interventions amongst adolescents, and adults and has worked in private practice and educational settings. Gul values a client-centred approach with her clients, focusing on empathy, understanding, mutual respect, and collaboration between client and therapist. In therapy, she adopts a warm, non-judgemental approach, aiming to provide a respectful space in which her clients can achieve meaningful change. She is eager to work with a diverse range of people differing in culture. Gul came from a Pakistani background and would welcome clients who may be more comfortable conversing in Urdu and Punjabi.
