There’s great news for patients — Medicare is expanding its bulk billing support from 1 November 2025.
This means that the care you already receive at Keysborough Superclinic may now be covered more fully by Medicare, with even more consultation types attracting no out-of-pocket cost.
At Keysborough Superclinic, we’ve always provided accessible bulk-billed healthcare for our local community. These new Medicare changes make that support even stronger.
What’s Changing with Medicare Bulk Billing
From 1 November 2025, Medicare will increase and expand its bulk billing incentives.
This helps GP clinics like ours continue providing bulk-billed care for more patients — whether seen in person, by phone, or via telehealth.
In simple terms, Medicare is paying more, so your healthcare can stay fully bulk billed.
What This Means for You
- Same great care — with more Medicare support
Most visits remain fully bulk billed, and more appointment types may now be included. - Clear communication
Some services and procedures are not covered by Medicare and may still attract private fees — our team will always let you know before your visit. - Affordable access
These changes make it easier for families and individuals to see their GP when they need to, without financial stress.
Our Ongoing Commitment
- We continue to bulk bill all eligible patients.
- We focus on respectful, patient-centred care.
- Each appointment covers one main issue to keep care focused and timely.
- We do not prescribe addictive or controlled medications such as strong pain medication, sleeping tablets, or stimulants.
- We enforce a zero tolerance policy for aggression or abuse toward staff or doctors.
